C Flood Management was founded by Christopher Flood to solve a widespread problem in Community Association Management: board members and homeowners simply aren’t getting the dedicated, personal attention they deserve.

Many large management companies overwhelm their managers with 9, 10, or more full-time properties. As a result, managers are stretched too thin to provide responsive service or handle individual homeowner needs.

Christopher Flood has been working in Homeowners Association Management since 1996, bringing decades of hands-on expertise to every community he serves. He is an active member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and Community Associations Institute (CAI) and maintains association with the Executive Council of Homeowners (ECHO).

Christopher holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CCAM) designation—the premier California certification recognizing managers who have met rigorous standard requirements for managing condominium, cooperative, townhome and homeowner associations.
