Christopher Flood has been working in Homeowners Association Management since 1996, bringing decades of hands-on expertise to every community he serves. He is an active member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and Community Associations Institute (CAI) and maintains association with the Executive Council of Homeowners (ECHO).<\/span><\/p>\n

Christopher holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CCAM)<\/b> designation\u2014the premier California certification recognizing managers who have met rigorous standard requirements for managing condominium, cooperative, townhome and homeowner associations.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
